RX Turn in for July 1, 2020 - December 31, 2020

Due to the COVID-19 Crisis, the FCTA Benefit Fund will be completing RX reimbursement in the following manner:  There will only be 2 RX turn in dates this year. 

1.   Members are responsible for getting a pharmacy print out of medications for eligible family members.  Your pharmacy will be able to print out a medications list for each eligible family member.   

 2.  Your pharmacy print out must be dated July 1, 2020 - December 31, 2020.

3.  If you paid for your prescriptions with a Flexible Benefits card, they are not eligible.  Do not submit print
